Checklist For International Students Going To The US

  • Application form – Online/Paper Base duly filled & signed.
  • Application fee by credit card payment or by dollar draft.
  • Bank Balance Certificate.
  • Affidavit of Support
  • Photo copy of Academic Documents duly attested/notarized.
  • 10th Mark sheet & Certificate
  • 12th Mark sheet & Certificate
  • Bachelor Degree Certificate & Individual Mark Sheet year wise
  • Degree Certificate & Individual Mark Sheet year wise
  • copy of Passport – Identity & Address page duly attested/notarized.
  • SOP & Resume - Signed by the student.
  • Three sets of Letter of Recommendations in sealed envelope.
  • Two sets of University Transcripts of Bachelor or Masters in sealed envelope.
  • Unofficial Scores – GRE & TOEFL Score Report Card duly attested / notarized. (If the student is applying to US University before his Scores, then you should mention Test date. It is the duty of the student to report his Scores to the applied US University. We will not be responsible for delaying in Score Reporting.
  • Certificates of extra-curricular activities - State-level and National level.

Note: All Photo copy has to be in A-4 size paper duly attested.
